เรื่อง แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานในวันที่ 5 - 9 ตุลาคม 2569
จากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร พื้นที่บริเวณโดยรอบ และภายในสถาบันฯ ยังไม่คลี่คลายนั้น เพื่อบรรเทาผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยที่เกิดขึ้นต่อนักศึกษา และบุคลากร รวมทั้งผู้ที่ต้องเข้ามาติดต่อกับสถาบัน จึงกำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานในวันที่ 5 - 9 ตุลาคม 2569 ดังนี้
1. ยกเลิกการลงเวลาปฏิบัติงานทุกรูปแบบ
2. ให้บุคลากรสายวิชาการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรูปแบบออนไลน์ (Online) โดยไม่ให้กระทบกับการเรียนการสอนนักศึกษาที่มีชั่วโมงเรียนในช่วงวันดังกล่าว
3. ให้บุคคลากรสายวิชาการ ที่จัดการสอนในรูปแบบออนไลน์ (Online) ดำเนินการตาม หนังสือที่ อว 7001.04/ 1907 ลงวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2568 เรื่อง แนวปฏิบัติในการเบิกจ่ายและหลักฐานการเบิกจ่ายที่ใช้สำหรับการจัดการด้านหลักสูตรที่ดำเนินการในรูปแบบออนไลน์ (บุคลากรภายในสถาบันและบุคคลากรภายนอก)
4. กรณีรายวิชาที่มีการสอบ การฝึกปฏิบัติการ หรือกิจกรรมที่ไม่สามารถดำเนินการทางออนไลน์ได้ ให้อาจารย์ผู้สอนพิจารณาเลื่อนวันเวลา หรือจัดกิจกรรมชดเชยในภายหลัง
5. ให้บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการปฏิบัติงานจากสถานที่ใดก็ได้ (Work from Anywhere) ในวันที่ 5 - 6 ตุลาคม 2569 ยกเว้นบุคคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานของโรงพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า ให้มาปฏิบัติงานตามปกติ แต่หากไม่สามารถเดินทางมาได้แจ้งหัวหน้าหน่วยงานแต่ละงานของโรงพยาบาลทราบก่อนล่วงหน้า
6. ให้บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการมาปฏิบัติงานตามปกติ ในวันที่ 7 – 9 ตุลาคม 2569 แต่หากไม่สามารถเดินทางมาได้ให้แจ้งหัวหน้าหน่วยงานดังต่อไปนี้ ทราบก่อนล่วงหน้า
- บุคลากร สังกัดสำนักงานอธิการบดี ให้แจ้งต่อ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนงานหรือรองผู้อำนวยการส่วนงาน
- บุคลากร สังกัดส่วนงานวิชาการ ให้แจ้งต่อ หัวหน้าภาควิชา/ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสนับสนุนวิชาการ หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากคณบดี
- บุคลากร สังกัดส่วนงานอื่น ให้แจ้งต่อ ผู้อำนวยการสำนัก หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้อำนวยการ
- บุคลากร สังกัดโรงพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า ให้แจ้งต่อ หัวหน้าหน่วยงานแต่ละงานของโรงพยาบาล

Announcement from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL)
Subject: Guidelines for Operations from October 5–9, 2026
As the flood situation in Bangkok, surrounding areas, and within KMITL has not yet subsided, in order to mitigate the impacts arising from the ongoing flood situation on students, personnel, and visitors to KMITL, the operational guidelines for the period from October 5–9, 2026, are hereby established as follows:
1. All forms of time-attendance recording are temporarily waived.
2. Academic personnel shall conduct teaching online, ensuring no disruption to the learning of students who have scheduled classes on those days.
3. Academic personnel conducting classes online shall proceed in accordance with Document No. อว 7001.04/1907, dated December 25, 2025, regarding guidelines for the disbursement of remuneration and supporting evidence for curriculum management conducted online (for internal and external personnel).
4. For courses involving examinations, laboratory practices, or activities that cannot be conducted online, instructors shall consider rescheduling the dates and times or arranging makeup activities at a later date.
5. Academic support personnel are permitted to Work from Anywhere from October 5–6, 2026, with the exception of personnel assigned to King Mongkut's Hospital, who shall report to work as usual. However, those unable to commute must notify their respective department heads in advance.
6. Academic support personnel shall report to work as usual from October 7–9, 2026; however, those unable to commute must notify the respective department heads in advance as follows:
- Personnel under the Office of the President shall notify the Director of the Division or the Deputy Director of the Division.
- Personnel under Academic Divisions shall notify the Head of the Department / Director of the Academic Support Division, or persons assigned by the Dean.
- Personnel under other departments shall notify the Director of the Office or a person assigned by the Director.
- Personnel assigned to King Mongkut's Hospital shall notify respective department heads of King Mongkut's Hospital
